Mrs. Elena M. ("Mouse , Noodle, Ned") Chancy, 43, of St. Cloud, FL, passed away on Sunday, February 28, 2010. Elena was born in Neptune, NJ, on September 23, 1966, the daughter of Clint W. (Dee) Miller and Elaine (Bates) Miller. Elena is survived by her better half; James C. Chancy, a daughter, Ashley Chancy and her Fiance, Andrew Haubert of St. Cloud, FL and a brother, Clint Miller, Jr. of Brick, New Jersey. A memorial service will be conducted on Tuesday, March 2nd beginning at 11:00 AM in the funeral home chapel.
